The Company invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the posts of regional Sales based at Head Office in Dar es Salaam and reporting to the National Sales Manager.
Job Brief We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will mainly be responsible for building and maintaining strong growth of the business in the defined region. The candidate will also supervise and manage execution and planning to increase sales and profitability. We expect the successful candidate to have good negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers and ability to plan for growth.
Responsibilities
- To deliver outstanding sales performance and drive profitable growth in the all regions covering all channels via effective management of sales teams based on agreed set objectives and budgets.
- Drive execution of 5Psin all Retail environments
- To plan and direct all sales and customer service activities in all regions.
- To provide leadership to the sales force by identifying, creating, mapping and prioritizing profitable, sustainable volume opportunities in all channels.
- To motivate and access the capability of staff with a view to achieving excellence at all times.
- To provide an ongoing sales training and coaching to the sales team to ensure that sales personnel are professionally equipped to execute required tasks.
- Overseeing the implementation of merchandising plans by ensuring effective, adequate, selective, and strategic placement of all merchandising to enhance brand awareness and visibility of all our Products
- Successful execution of the mandated assortment in all Retail Environments
Qualifications
- Holder of a degree in relevant field plus qualification in Sales and Marketing/Business Administration from a recognized institution. Holders of MBA qualification will have an added advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Over 5 Years Practical relevant Experience
