You Already Have:
Sales and marketing background
Proven customer engagement capabilities
Undergraduate University degree required. Master’s Degree preferable.
Proven product development and/or innovation experience
2+ years’ work experience
Fluency in English, both in written and oral communications. Fluency in Kiswahili is preferred.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with very high Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to lend a hand wherever needed.
Enthusiasm in working for the field of renewable energy!
