Job title: HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinating planning and implementation of HR forecasts 
  • Ensuring that all job positions in the Company have an updated job description 
  • Facilitating recruitments and deployments 
  • Handling payroll process 
  • Participating in salary and benefits surveys 
  • Coordinating Talent Management process 
  • Taking leadership in all HR operations activities 
  • Handling industrial relations matters
  •  Handling immigration issues 
  • Maintaining HR records pertaining to HR operations (not relating to training and learning) 
  • Undertaking assignments assigned by Head, Human Resources


Academic qualifications 
Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education or Social Sciences.


Work Experience and Skills 

  • At least 2 years working in the same role in a reputable Company 
  • Microsoft Office 
  • Report Writing skills 
  • Analytical skills 
  • Detail-oriented 
  • Problem-solving skills 
  • Team player 
  • Good time-management skills 
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
