Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating planning and implementation of HR forecasts
- Ensuring that all job positions in the Company have an updated job description
- Facilitating recruitments and deployments
- Handling payroll process
- Participating in salary and benefits surveys
- Coordinating Talent Management process
- Taking leadership in all HR operations activities
- Handling industrial relations matters
- Handling immigration issues
- Maintaining HR records pertaining to HR operations (not relating to training and learning)
- Undertaking assignments assigned by Head, Human Resources
Academic qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education or Social Sciences.
Work Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years working in the same role in a reputable Company
- Microsoft Office
- Report Writing skills
- Analytical skills
